Greenwich resident Aaron Lutzker surrendered himself to police at approximately 6 p.m. on Monday afternoon at police headquarters. A warrant had been filed for his arrest due to his involvement in an alleged assault on Oct. 21.
Lutzker, 34, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, assault and unlawful restraint. He was released on $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Nov. 12 to respond to the charges.
